THROW PILLOW is committed to delivering to you high-quality, thoughtfully-designed premium products.
We are here to help you feel confident about your purchase in any way we can. All of our pillows are custom made. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
We want you to love what you ordered but if something isn't right, let us know. We gladly accept returns if our products are damaged or defective.

Ship items back to me within 5 days of delivery.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, we don't accept returns for:
A. Custom or personalized orders
We'll give you an exchange on that piece in another color, a different size, or an entirely new product. Once received, the customer care team at would study the need for return or exchange, and based on their jurisdiction the exchange will be made possible. Products may be returned for the same product or exchanged for another item, within 7 days of delivery of shipment. Returns for refunds are not accepted. Please consider that we are not a big box store with items that are mass-produced in a factory. We individually cut and sew each product in our studio. When you order a customized product, supplies and resources are used to make it specifically for you.
Conditions of return
You must notify us before attempting a return in order to get authorization and the proper return address. If the item is not returned in its original condition or a specified time period, the refund will not be issued. Products must be in their original unused condition (this means no pet hairs, etc.) and sent back with the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
