The fabric comes with a high rub count and is resistant to fading and pilling. Its durable properties will keep your curtains looking new for years to come.

We use performance fabric with a high Martindale value between 25-30K which makes your sofa covers highly durable and last for a longer period of time. It can resist abrasion over the long term.

Handmade with durable heavy-duty thick fabric with GSM greater than 500 and high Martindale value >25-30K. Durability ensures your fabric looks as beautiful as the day you bought it.

ANTI SLIP & SHRINK RESISTANT

The sofa covers are anti-slip and shrink resistant.

COLORFASTNESS GUARANTEED

We ensure our fabric and embellishments used will not bleed colors after the wash.

There can be a minimal variation in colour and finish of the products sold from time to time

There can be a minimal variation in dimensions up to 12mm in upholstered products and up to 6mm in non-upholstered products.

Our products are designed for the sole purpose of residential usage, hence any usage beyond this will lead to a void of warranty.

We try our best to ship orders on time but owing to the 100% handmade nature of our products there may be unexpected delays and we hope and sincerely request you to consider it while placing the order.

Most of our items are made to order so dispatch time can be longer than usual. We will inform you in case your order dispatch time is delayed by more than 15 days.

Processing & Delivery times may be longer if there is a waiting list for a specific product or during the festival time.

The tentative Processing time is as follows:-

A. Small scale orders (3 products or less):

1. Products are ready to ship in 3-5 working days.

2. Customized products ready to ship in 5-6 working days

3. Tassel throws ready to ship in 3-5 working days

B. Large-scale orders (more than 3 products):

1. Products are ready to ship in 5-7 working days.

2. Customized products ready to ship in 6-10 working days

A shipping confirmation mail along with a tracking id shall be sent to you once the product is dispatched.

We also request you to give the correct address and phone no. details at the time of placing the order. If you are planning to travel and will be unavailable on the contact number, please inform us in advance so that we can arrange the shipping and delivery at your convenience.

· Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure.

· On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows due to unavoidable circumstances.

A. We gladly accept returns if our products are damaged.

Just contact us within: 1 day of delivery

Ship items back to us within 5 days of delivery.

Once we will receive the product and if the defect is there a new product of the same design will be made and dispatched again. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The exchange will not be initiated. If the item is not returned in its original condition or in a specified period As shipping charges are non-refundable, you will be responsible for paying for shipping charges for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

B.  If for some reason your purchase doesn't work out, we accept returns within 5 days for exchange or refund.

Ship items back to us within 5 days of delivery.

Just ship back the item and forward the tracking number via email.  It is that easy. 

After 3 days we are unable to accept returns.   

All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer in any circumstance.

Please email your tracking number to logistic1@gmail.com so we know to look out for it. Only regular priced items may be refunded and no return is applicable on the customized products in any circumstance.

We will only issue the credit note of the same amount excluding the shipping charges which you can use later. Under no circumstances, we will refund the amount.

Return & Exchange not applicable on the following:-

1. Custom Orders

Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time.

2. Sale items

Final sale and clearance items are considered the final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. Most Important:

We do not have change of heart/mind return & refund policy. It can only be exchanged

4. Defects quoted because of the slight variation in the color or size of the product.

PLEASE NOTE: THE IMAGES WE DISPLAY HAVE THE MOST ACCURATE COLOR POSSIBLE. DUE TO DIFFERENCES IN COMPUTER MONITORS, WE CAN NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR VARIATIONS IN COLOR BETWEEN THE ACTUAL PRODUCT AND YOUR SCREEN. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT IN SOME CASES PATTERNS AND COLORS MAY VARY ACCORDING TO SIZE. LENGTHS AND WIDTHS MAY VARY FROM THE PUBLISHED DIMENSIONS. WE DO OUR BEST TO PROVIDE YOU WITH AN ACCURATE MEASUREMENT, BUT PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT SOME VARIATION EXISTS AND THIS IS NOT A MANUFACTURING DEFECT.
