We try our best to ship orders on time but owing to the 100% handmade nature of our products there maybe unexpected delays and we hope and sincerely request you to consider it while placing the order.

Dispatched in 4-7 working days. Most of our items are made to order so dispatch time can be longer than usual. We will inform you in case your order dispatch time is delayed for more than 15 days.

Processing & Delivery times may be longer if there is a waiting list for a specific product or during the festival time.

Tentative Processing time is as follows:-

A. Small scale orders (3 products or less):

1. Products are ready to ship in 3-5 working days.

2. Customized products ready to ship in 5-6 working days

3. Tassel throws ready to ship in 3-5 working days

B. Large scale orders (more than 3 products):

1. Products are ready to ship in 5-7 working days.

2. Customized products ready to ship in 6-10 working days

A shipping confirmation mail along with a tracking id shall be sent to you once the product is dispatched.

We also request you to give the correct address and phone no. details at the time of placing the order. If you are planning to travel and will be unavailable on the contact number, please inform us in advance so that we can plan the shipping and delivery as per your convenience.

· Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure.

· On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows due to unavoidable circumstances.

 

International Customers & Shipping

We welcome our international customers and it would be our great pleasure to serve them and sell our product globally. We offer worldwide shipping. However, shipping is not free.

 

We operate in the following ways when it comes to international orders and shipments.

 

1. We offer a flat rate of shipping that is USD 55.00 or INR 4000 per order 

· All the products are shipped via recognized shipping companies like FedEx / DHL /UPS/ARAMEX etc.

2. Shipping based on the volumetric weight of the shipment and destination.

· You can place the order on our website and select the manual payment method.

· Once you finalize the order, you can make payment via PayPal/bank transfer shared with you over our website or on your email or WhatsApp.

· Once the payment is done and your order is processed, our logistic team will get it weighed by the India post or FedEx / DHL /UPS/ARAMEX etc.

· Our support team will contact you over email/WhatsApp and quote you the best possible shipping rates based on the volume of the shipment.

· The shipping cost quoted will be conveyed to you and the products will be dispatched as soon as we will receive the quoted shipping charges.

Additional Information:

· Any custom charges or duties levied in the respective country of the customer has to be borne by the customer.

· Shipping time is usually 7-10 working days.

· Customer would be informed once the product is shipped from our warehouse and the tracking number will be shared.

· Throwpillow is not responsible for delays in transit after the product has been shipped. We can only try to push the shipping company to deliver the product in a timely manner.

We do not offer payment on receipt or cash on Delivery on international orders and shipment

· In certain cases, where the customer is interested in purchasing more than 2 items and wants to get a better shipping rate, he or she can do so by following these steps

International Returns / Cancellations or Refunds.

· Currently, we do not offer any order cancellations/returns/ exchange or refunds on International shipments.

· Once the payment has been done, the payment cannot be reversed or returned under any circumstances.

We gladly accept returns if our products are damaged.

Just contact us within: 1 day of delivery

Ship items back to us within 5 days of delivery.

Once we will receive the product and if the defect is there a new product will be made and dispatched again. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the item is not returned in its original condition or in a specified time period, the exchange will not be initiated. As shipping charges are non-refundable, you will be responsible for paying for shipping charges for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Return & Exchange not applicable on the following:-

1. Custom Orders

Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be canceled, changed, returned or refunded at any time.

2. Sale items

Final sale and clearance items are considered the final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. Most Important:

We do not have change of heart/mind return & refund policy. It can only be exchanged

4. Defects quoted because of the slight variation in the color or size of the product.
