Items arrive approximately within 7-12 days after placing the order.
Dispatched in 4-7 working days. Most of our items are made to order so dispatch time can be longer than usual. We will inform you in case your order dispatch time is delayed by more than 15 days.
Processing & Delivery times may be longer if there is a waiting list for a specific product or during the festival time.

A. Small scale orders (3 products or less):
1. Products are ready to ship in 3-5 working days.
2. Customized products ready to ship in 5-6 working days
3. Tassel throws ready to ship in 3-5 working days
B. Large scale orders (more than 3 products):
1. Products are ready to ship in 5-7 working days.
2. Customized products ready to ship in 6-10 working days
A shipping confirmation mail along with a tracking id shall be sent to you once the product is dispatched.

Express Shipping: Arrives in 3-4 business days
Rush Shipping: Arrives in 1-2 business days

If you are planning to travel and will be unavailable on the contact number, please inform us in advance so that we can plan the shipping and delivery at your convenience.

Ship items back to us within 5 days of delivery.
Once we will receive the product and if the defect is there a new product will be made and dispatched again. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the item is not returned in its original condition or in a specified time period, the exchange will not be initiated.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Return & Exchange not applicable on the following:-
1. Custom Orders
Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be canceled, changed, returned or refunded at any time.
2. Sale items
Final sale and clearance items are considered the final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
3. Most Important:
We do not have change of heart/mind return & refund policy. It can only be exchanged
4. Defects quoted because of the slight variation in the color or size of the product.
