1. Products are ready to ship in 5-7 working days.
2. Customized products ready to ship in 6-10 working days
A shipping confirmation mail along with a tracking id shall be sent to you once the product is dispatched.

Ship items back to us within 5 days of delivery.
Once we will receive the product and if the defect is there a new product will be made and dispatched again. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the item is not returned in its original condition or in a specified time period, the exchange will not be initiated.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be canceled, changed, returned or refunded at any time.

Final sale and clearance items are considered the final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We do not have change of heart/mind return & refund policy. It can only be exchanged
4. Defects quoted because of the slight variation in the color or size of the product.
